Paintings that taste like chicken showing at OSU; what?

Tom Mayhall Rastrelli
Statesman Journal

"Everything Tastes like Chicken," featuring the acrylic paintings of Ralph Pugay, is on exhibit through Dec. 2 at Fairbanks Gallery at Oregon State University, 220 SW 26th St., Corvallis.

Pugay's work is humorous and disquieting in his depiction of complex aspects of contemporary life. His paintings have been described as frozen moments from impossible worlds.

Pugay is a Portland State University graduate and a visiting faculty member at Virginia Commonwealth University.
