Oregon State University sophomore Todd Williams will appear on "The Rachael Ray Show" on Monday.

In honor of NCAA March Madness, the show's theme is "Bracket, Lunch & Dinner Cook-Off." It features four college basketball fans cooking their signature game-day dishes in the show's New York studio. Adorned in Beavers gear, Williams' cook-off contribution is chicken nachos. He and the other contestants, which includes as a fan from each University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Oklahoma State and Indiana, have 30 minutes to cook their dish.

The winner will receive a trip to Indianapolis for the semi-final and final games of the men's NCAA tournament. Former Duke and NBA star Grant Hill appears as guest judge on the show.

The show will air 9 a.m. Monday, March 16, on KPDX. Check your local listings for the channel.
